The RoadGenies Mobile Tire Service app lets you book a certified mobile tire technician to come to your home, workplace or roadside, shop for tires and rims, and follow your appointment in real time. How do I book a mobile tire service?›
Open the app, set your service location, choose the service or the tires and rims you need, then pick an available time slot. Once a certified technician accepts your booking, you can track their arrival in the app.
I can't sign in. What should I do?›
Check that your device is connected to the internet and that you're using the email address and password you registered with. If you still can't sign in, email info@roadgenies.com and we'll help you restore access.
Where is service available?›
Coverage is shown live in the app when you set your service location. If your address isn't covered yet, contact us — we're expanding our technician network and will do our best to help.
How do I contact customer support?›
Email info@roadgenies.com with your name, the email address on your account and, if relevant, your order number. We aim to reply within one to two business days.
How to delete your account
You can delete your account at any time, directly in the app — no need to email us first.

When you delete your account, your profile, booking history and personal information are permanently removed from our systems, except for records we are legally required to keep (see our Privacy Policy). You can also request account deletion by emailing info@roadgenies.com.
