This Privacy Policy describes how ROADGENIES CORP. (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal information when you use the RoadGenies Customer mobile application and related services. This policy complies with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

2. Personal Information We Collect

Information you actively provide:

• Full legal name, email address, mobile phone number for account registration
• Physical service address for onsite automotive service appointments
• Vehicle details including make, model, year and tire specifications
• Booking history, service records, tire and wheel purchase records
• Billing information for order processing. Full creditcard details are processed by thirdparty payment processors; we do not store complete creditcard numbers on our servers.

Automatically collected information with your consent:

• Device model, operating system, application crash and usage logs
• Geolocation data, only when you explicitly grant location permission, for matching nearby certified service technicians
• Push notification device tokens to deliver appointment and orderstatus alerts.

3. Purposes of Collection

We collect personal information exclusively for the following lawful purposes:

• Create, maintain and secure your user account
• Process service bookings and tireandwheel product purchase orders
• Assign certified technicians and coordinate onsite automotive services
• Send appointment reminders, orderstatus updates and servicerelated notifications
• Provide customer support, resolve servicerelated inquiries and disputes
• Comply with Canadian tax, accounting and regulatory legal obligations.

4. Consent

By registering an account and using the RoadGenies Customer App, you provide consent for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@roadgenies.com. Withdrawal of consent may restrict or prevent us from delivering platform services to you. We will honour your withdrawal subject to existing contractual and legal requirements.

5. Disclosure of Personal Information

Your necessary bookingrelated personal data may be shared with independent certified automotive technicians contracted by RoadGenies solely for completing your requested vehicle service.

We never sell your personal information for marketing purposes.

Paymentrelated data is shared only with authorized thirdparty payment processors required to complete commercial transactions. All thirdparty service providers contracting with us are obligated under Canadian law to safeguard your personal information.

6. Data Retention

Personal information is retained only for as long as required to fulfil service purposes or to satisfy Canadian legal, tax and accounting recordkeeping obligations. Upon account deletion, we erase your personal data except records that we are legally required to preserve.

7. Your Rights under PIPEDA

You hold the right to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information held by ROADGENIES CORP. Submit your written request via email to info@roadgenies.com. We will respond within 30 calendar days as required under PIPEDA. We will verify your identity before processing privacyrelated requests.

8. Information Security

We implement reasonable technical, administrative and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, theft or disclosure. No internetbased data transmission can be guaranteed as 100% secure.

9. Security Breach Notification

If a data security breach creates real risk of significant harm to you, we will notify affected individuals and relevant Canadian regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable law.

10. ThirdParty Services

Our application integrates authorized thirdparty payment gateways and notification services. This Privacy Policy does not govern thirdparty platforms. Please review the respective privacy notices of those external service providers.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended exclusively for adult users aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

12. Policy Updates

We may revise this Privacy Policy. Material policy modifications will be notified to users via inapp notice or email. Continued use of RoadGenies Customer App constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
