These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the RoadGenies Customer mobile application and platform services operated by ROADGENIES CORP., located at 1050 mcnicoll ave unit 7 Toronto Ontario M1W 2L8, Canada.
By downloading, registering an account or accessing our mobile application, you agree to accept these Terms together with our published Privacy Policy. If you cannot accept these Terms, you must discontinue all use of the RoadGenies Customer App.
RoadGenies operates a digital marketplace platform. The platform permits endusers to book onsite mobile automotive services including mobile tire replacement, seasonal tire changes, tireandwheel retail purchases, vehicle maintenance, repair, roadside assistance and cardetailing services. Certified automotive technicians performing physical vehicle work are independent thirdparty contractors and are NOT employees of ROADGENIES CORP.
You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account. You shall submit true, accurate and uptodate information for account creation. You bear full responsibility for all activity occurring under your account credentials and must keep your account password secure.
When submitting service bookings, you warrant that vehicle information and service location details you provide are correct. You shall abide by appointment times displayed inside the application. Cancellation policies are shown at the moment you create each booking. All servicefees and product pricing shown withinapp are transparent. All payments are processed through authorized thirdparty payment gateways.
You agree not to submit false booking requests, interfere with normal platform function, or harass technicians or RoadGenies operational staff. Any misuse of platform services may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
All trademarks, logos, text, graphics and software within RoadGenies mobile application are intellectualproperty assets owned by ROADGENIES CORP. You may not copy, modify, redistribute or commercially reuse platform content without our explicit written permission.
RoadGenies provides its digital platform on an “asis” basis. RoadGenies connects customers with independent technicians but does not directly perform handson automotive repair work. Subject to mandatory Canadian consumerprotection statutes, we make no implied or explicit warranties regarding thirdparty technicianprovided vehicle services.
Subject to nonwaivable mandatory consumerprotection legislation applicable in Canada, ROADGENIES CORP.’s total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for the relevant booking or product order.
We may suspend or terminate your user account for material violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time either via inapp functions or by sending an email request to info@roadgenies.com.
These Terms of Service are governed under the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada.
We may revise these Terms of Service. Material changes will be notified by inapp announcement. Your continued usage of RoadGenies services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
