These Terms govern access and usage of RoadGenies Technician mobile application for certified independent automotive technicians, operated by ROADGENIES CORP., 1050 mcnicoll ave unit 7 Toronto Ontario M1W 2L8, Canada.
By registering, loggingin or accepting service orders through RoadGenies Technician App, you agree to these Terms and our Technicianspecific Privacy Policy. If you reject these Terms, you must not use this technician application.
RoadGenies provides digitalplatform tools for independent automotive service technicians to receive, manage and complete customer service orders. You are an independent contractor. This agreement does NOT create an employment relationship between you and ROADGENIES CORP. You are fully responsible for your own professional licensing, insurance, tax reporting and statutory business obligations.
You warrant you hold valid and active automotiveservice certifications and licenses required to perform automotive repair and tireservice work within Ontario, Canada. All information submitted during technicianregistration must be truthful, complete and current.
When you accept a customer servicejob via the Technician App, you agree to complete service work according to appointmenttime requirements, perform work with reasonable professional skill, and comply with all job specifications given in the order details. You shall respect customerprovided locationandcontact data, and must only use customer personal information to fulfil assigned service tasks. You shall not reuse or save customerpersonal data for unrelated purposes.
Platform servicefees, commissionrates and settlement cycles are defined inside the TechnicianApp interface. You authorize RoadGenies to deduct agreed platform servicefees from completedorder revenue. Settlement payments are processed via authorized thirdparty payment providers. You must supply accurate banking information for receiving servicefee payouts.
You shall maintain professional conduct during customersite visits. You may not harass customers, misuse customerpersonaldata or abuse platform orderassignment functions. Severe violation will trigger immediate suspension or permanent removal from the RoadGenies platform.
All software, UI design, trademarks and workflow logic within RoadGenies Technician App are intellectualproperty rights belonging to ROADGENIES CORP. You are granted limited nontransferable license to use the App solely for receiving and completing platformassigned servicejobs. You must not reverseengineer, copy or redistribute our application.
RoadGenies provides the TechnicianApp “asis”. We do not guarantee continuous uninterrupted applicationoperation, nor unlimited volume of incoming customerservice orders.
Subject to mandatory nonexcludable Canadian provincial and federal law, ROADGENIES CORP.’s aggregate total liability towards you under this agreement shall not equal more than total platform commission fees received by ROADGENIES CORP from your completed serviceorders. As independent contractor, you take primary liability for all physical automotiveservice work performed for endusers.
RoadGenies may suspend or terminate your technicianplatform access for breach of these Terms, invalid professionallicence status or serious customercomplaints. You may request account deactivation by writing to info@roadgenies.com. Upon termination you lose access to new job assignments; historical billingrecords will be retained as required under Canadianlaw.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Province of Ontario and federal statutes of Canada.
RoadGenies reserves right to revise these Terms of Service. Material modifications are communicated via technicianapp notice or email. Your continued acceptance of serviceorders after modification constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
