This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to certified technicians using RoadGenies Technician mobile application, operated by ROADGENIES CORP. This document complies with Canada’s PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act).

2. Personal Information We Collect from Technicians

Information you actively provide during registration:

• Full name, email address, mobile phone number
• Automotive tradelicense, certification and qualification documents
• Banking and billing information for servicefee settlement
• Workingschedule preferences and servicearea coverage information

Data generated through platform usage:

• Accepted job records, completedservice history, billing and commission records
• Customerprovided booking information including customer name, contact number and service address required to perform assigned field jobs
• Customer ratings and review feedback submitted after service completion

Automatically collected data:

• Techniciandevice information, operatingsystem and applicationlog data
• Realtime geolocation data during active service assignments for routing and job fulfilment
• Pushnotification device tokens for neworder alert delivery.

3. Collection Purposes

Your personal information is collected and processed for these purposes only:

• Verify technician identity and professional qualifications for platform onboarding
• Assign automotive service jobs and complete fieldservice coordination
• Process servicerelated billing, commission calculation and settlement
• Deliver realtime newjob pushnotifications and orderstatus updates
• Store service history, work performance statistics and customer feedback records
• Resolve servicerelated disputes and customer complaints
• Comply with Canadian tax, accounting and regulatory legal requirements.

4. Consent

By registering and using RoadGenies Technician App you consent to collection, usage and disclosure of personal information as defined in this policy. You can withdraw consent by contacting info@roadgenies.com. Withdrawal of consent will terminate your ability to receive service assignments on our platform.

5. Information Disclosure

Customerrelated booking data will be available to you only for completing assigned service work. Your technicianprofile information (name, certification status) may be disclosed to customers as part of booking workflow.

Bankingrelated settlement data is shared only with authorized thirdparty payment processors. We never sell technician personal information for marketing purposes. Thirdparty contractors are bound by Canadian privacyprotection obligations.

6. Data Retention

Technician personal records are kept as long as you maintain active platform access plus periods required for Canadian taxandaccounting compliance. When your technician account is deactivated, nonessential personal data will be erased; mandatory legalarchive records will be preserved according to law.

7. Your PIPEDA Rights

You have right to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information held by ROADGENIES CORP. Send written requests to info@roadgenies.com. We will respond to valid requests within 30 calendardays; identity verification is required before processing privacyrequests.

8. Data Security

We apply technical and organizational security controls to safeguard technician personal information against unauthorized access, loss or leakage. No internet transmission can be guaranteed fully secure.

9. Data Breach Obligations

If a security incident creates real risk of significant harm to technicians or customers, we notify affected parties and Canadian regulatory authorities as required under applicable law.

10. ThirdParty Services

Technician App uses thirdparty payment and pushnotification services. This privacy policy does not govern external thirdparty services. Please review their respective privacy documentation.

11. Age Requirement

Technician platform users must be at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under 13.

12. Policy Updates

Material revisions of this Privacy Policy will be notified to registered technicians by email or inapp notice. Continued use of RoadGenies Technician App constitutes acceptance of updated policy terms.
